Artificial intelligence engineering, data science and design architecture: local and on-prem LLM serving, GPU-optimised inference, MLOps and fine-tuning, statistical modelling and analysis, agentic systems, and the design systems and interfaces that make them usable.

What kind of firm is KREO a fit for?

Accepted Answer

Firms that cannot send their data to someone else's cloud: regulated industries, marine and engineering, media and broadcast, and any team that needs its systems to run on its own hardware. If a hosted cloud API is genuinely the better answer for your case, the audit will say so.

Where is KREO based?

In Plymouth, Devon. I live and work in the Greater Plymouth area, and I was born and raised in Greater Manchester where I keep strong working ties, so engagements run on-site across the South West, in Manchester, and remotely throughout the United Kingdom.

Can AI systems run privately on our own hardware?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Private, on-prem AI is the core specialism: open-weight language models served on your own GPUs or private cloud mean no data leaves your environment and no dependency on third-party APIs. For regulated or client-confidential work this is often the deciding factor.

Brandon Allen, directly. KREO is an independent practice, not an agency: one accountable engineer across architecture, data science, implementation and deployment, with every system documented and handed over so your team can run it.

Can I see examples of your AI applications?

Accepted Answer

Not publicly. The applications I design and engineer with artificial intelligence are built for client environments and run on client hardware, so they are not exhibited on this site. Viewings are available on request: contact me directly and I will demonstrate live systems relevant to your sector and discuss how the same engineering could assist you.

With a short scoping conversation, then a one-week audit: a written assessment of what is worth building, quoted in writing before it starts. Nothing larger is committed until that says proceed.
